Return Window:
You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your sneakers. We encourage you to inspect your product upon delivery and report any issues promptly.

Each product has to be inspected carefully before shipping but mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we guarantee to issue you a free replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • The products are defective
  • You received a different size from what you ordered
  • You received a different product from what you ordered.

Please note that any claims related to quality issues or garment defects must be filed within 3 days from the date of receipt with full of clear evidence as below:

  • Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received
  • Photo(s) of the inaccurate product delivered (in case of incorrect color/design from original order)
  • Photo(s) of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order)
  • Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received

If we approve or reject your request for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your sneakers must meet the following criteria:

– The sneakers must be in their original, unused condition.
– They must be in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
– Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items are non-returnable. These include:

– Sneakers that have been worn or damaged after delivery.
– Products without their original packaging or missing tags.
– Customized or personalized sneakers.
– Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

b. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive the instructions on how to return the sneakers.
c. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the sneakers in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely protected.
d. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged upon arrival).
e. Return Address: Ship the sneakers to the address provided in the return instructions.

Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving your returned sneakers, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5- 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Restocking Fee:
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% for returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or for returns made after the 3-day window.
